Acceptable use
Zortia is for your own business and personal financial tracking. Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to breach the service or other users' data.
Subscriptions & billing
Free tier requires no payment. Operator and Allocator are billed monthly or yearly via Dodo Payments. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you keep access through the paid period.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime from your account. Our guarantee: if your first Wealth Audit doesn't surface a specific move to grow your net worth, the first charge is refunded.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zortia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Estimates (valuation, runway, score) are estimates.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated at signup. Contact legal@zortia.com with questions.
