Who provides Zortia
Zortia ("we", "us") is an independent product operated from India. By using Zortia you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Zortia is for your own business and personal financial tracking. Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to breach the service or other users' data.
Subscriptions & billing
Free tier requires no payment. Operator and Allocator are billed monthly or yearly via Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing and applicable taxes. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; you keep access through the period you paid for.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Our guarantee: if your first Wealth Audit doesn't surface a specific move to grow your net worth, your first charge is refunded if you ask within 14 days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Not financial advice
Zortia is informational tooling, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Outputs such as your score, valuation range, and runway are estimates based on the data you provide.
Termination
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction. Contact legal@zortia.com with questions.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
