Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
Our first-audit guarantee
If your first Wealth Audit doesn't surface a specific, concrete move to grow your net worth, your first charge is fully refunded. Just ask within [14] days of that charge.
How refunds are processed
Billing runs through Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically settle within [5 to 10] business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
Email billing@zortia.com from the address on your account, with the plan and the approximate date of the charge. We'll confirm by email once it's processed.
Free tier
The Free plan never charges you, so there is nothing to refund.
